“We live in a world of restrictive diets, food intolerances, and immune deficiencies. A world where the survivability of food and beverage businesses (in NSW, VIC, QLD) was 50% in FY2016. A world where in Australia, we waste over 5 million tonnes of food a year.
My goal was to create a platform that would make a difference on every front.
I want people to be able to dine out and have their dietary requirements catered to them where and when they like. I want the food and beverage retail industry to grow and flourish. And I certainly want to do anything I can to make the environment and world we live in a cleaner and more sustainable place for generations to come.

I don’t want to bore you with the details, but for as long as I can remember, Hospitality has been a big part of my life. That combined with my education and training and my own auto-immune condition and food intolerances, it really left the door wide open for change. We all love a good meal, and it’s not fun having to worry about the consequences for our health when something that looks delicious is placed in front of us.
I am passionate about health and nutrition. I am passionate about creating opportunities for small business to not just get by, but to flourish. And I am passionate about ensuring a sustainable future for generations to come.
I knew it could be done better, and UFOODI ® was born. The team and I are committed to providing a platform that will allow people to dine out and eat what they want, when they want, while also ensuring a sustainable future for not only the restaurants catering to them, but also the world that we live in. My passion and professional dedication within the Food Industry, spans more than 20 years. During this time, I have enjoyed signature success in all aspects of the Hospitality / Food and Beverage Industry both domestically and abroad. My experience has lead me to be considered as an industry authority in trend forecasting, industry innovation and operational management, together with hands on practical implementation.
My mission as the Co-founder of The Ufoodi Group is directed around providing knowledge and Corporate Governance attained through years of interfacing with big to small businesses and start up initiatives. Specifically, I add value to the group in the areas of, financial modelling and control, strategic planning, brand building, capital raising and exiting.
Furthermore, I am dedicated to the directive of reducing waste in Australia in line with the government's policy of a 50% reduction by 2030 and as a co food waste ninja I strongly believe we all have a role to play in collectively reducing our food waste footprint.
